Lanny Breuer, assistant attorney general for DOJ’s criminal division , in a speech Thursday at the Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Compliance Congress’ annual forum in Washington, said a new focus of his department will be rooting out violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act specifically in pharma companies.
